Sandra Delgado is an American-Colombian actor, writer and producer who grew up and worked in Chicago, Illinois.

Delgado's acting credit in Chicago includes 2666 (The Goodman Theater), The Motherf ** ker with Hat (Steppenwolf Theater Company) and Mojada (Victory Gardens Theater, crowned as one of ten best shows of the year 2013 by the Chicago Tribune.) Television credits including Law & amp; Order: SVU, Chicago Justice, Empire, The Exorcist, Chicago Fire and Mind Games Delgado is a member of SAG/AFTRA and Actors' Equity Association.

Delgado's most famous paper is La Havana Madrid , a drama with a live music depicting a former Chicago Spanish nightclub club of the same name. The drama has two sold-out productions, at The Goodman Theater as part of the 2015/2016 Summer Playwrights Unit, and then the Steppenwolf Theater Company.
The story series, Saints and Sinners , debuted at Collaboraction and continues in Steppenwolf until May. Her work Felys and Familias, a new drama about a woman caught in the black hole of a criminal immigration court, will be part of Season On The Lake 'In The Works' season in Chicago.
Artistic leadership
Delgado produced Te Solo Solo and Collaboraction's Yo Solo Festival from Latino Solo Shows and Collaboraction's Sketchbook Festival from 2005-2008. He is a member of the founding ensemble of Collaboraction and member of the ensemble Teatro Vista (artistic association director from 2006-2008). He is the recipient of the Joyce Award, Fox Communications Receiver Communications Group (TCG) Fox Foundation, is twice the Chicago Culture Department and the recipient of the Special Event and the 3Arts 3AP Project grantee. Delgado is TCG Young Leader of Color alum, a member of ALTA Chicago's Semillero Playwright's Circle and is on the Advisory Committee of the Latinx Theater Commons, a national advocacy group for Latinx theater artists.
